Sun, 12 Jun 2011 16:32:26 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.2.1 America Rides Maps http://www.nabiker.com/america-rides-maps.html http://www.nabiker.com/america-rides-maps.html#comments Wed, 17 Feb 2010 20:29:44 +0000 TwoWheelsTebo http://www.nabiker.com/?p=791 Just came across a biker’s treasure this morning and knew I had to share it with you all.  It’s called America Rids Maps.  Unfortunately for those of us on the West Coast, these maps are only available for a handful of Eastern states.  However, for anyone in those states or traveling through or around them, I think these maps are a biker’s gold mine!  They are created by a fellow biker by the name of Wayne.  He personally rides every single road in a given area to find the best motorcycle roads, POI’s, and views from a motorcycle rider’s perspective and maps them out.  I talked to Wayne on the phone for 30 – 45 min this morning and was very impressed with his mapping project.  I will be riding some (hopefully many) of the routes on his maps this summer.  Check’m out at http://americaridesmaps.com/
